Refund & Return Policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee is deducted from your refund total.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled:
- Gift Cards
- Lingerie (including Women's Lingerie)
- Men's Trousers
- Men's Underwear
- Women's Underwear
- Sale & Clearance items
How to Start a Return Email info@fashionqualityboutik.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you'll get instructions for sending your item to: Fashion Quality Boutik, 850 Dogwood Rd, Suite B200, Lawrenceville, GA 30044
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee) are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order hasn't shipped. Contact us at info@fashionqualityboutik.com or (978) 512-7374. After that window, or once shipped, we can't cancel or modify the order.
EU Customers Customers in the European Union get a 14-day cooling-off period in addition to the terms above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
